Rehabilitation of a duplex located in the residential complex designed by J.Ll. Sert. The house is part of a complex that originally consisted of 26 houses inspired by the duplex model of the Inmuebles-Villa by Le Corbusier.
Our intervention returns the house to its original approach while incorporating some characteristic elements of current life.
The result of the refurbishment is a home that functionally responds to the needs of the new owner family and that proudly displays its original structure, modified over time. The multiple views towards the community garden and towards the pine forest on the north facade have been enhanced, with the aim of responding to urban life by improving the relationship of the inhabitants of the house with the lush green environment that surrounds them.
Project carried out in the partner stage of Nook Architects.
