Rehabilitation project between party walls for a single-family home.

The definition of a flexible house with duplicity of interrelated spaces allows us to propose the project from the dislocation of the section, structurally maintaining the part that faces the main street and rebuilding the interior of the block. This action provides spaces of connection and visual richness between the different levels, while allowing the zoning of the uses without hardly using the interior partitions. Added to a rational distribution based on the premises of flexibility, the result is a home prepared to face the different scenarios that family life may require.
