Housing in the Poble Nou neighborhood, Barcelona

In this house we wanted to reflect the honesty of the materials, seeking the greatest possible comfort with the essential coatings. The newly built floors are left bare with just one coat of paint, the volume on which the stair rests is finished with exposed plaster and the wooden formwork panels of the attic are also presented in the factory color and format. The trace of the old house is reflected in the exposed brick wall at the back of the plot, where the trace of the old exterior staircase has been preserved as a testimony.
